Our Counsellors, Therapists and Life Coaches are qualified, holding at least a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (BACP Accredited), and a minimum of 10 years working in the field of personal counselling/therapy and or Life Coaching. You will remain with your personal counsellor throughout your work together.

Choosing a counsellor is a very personal decision. One of our Professionals will contact you outlining how they can work with you based on the information you have provided, this enables you to experience the therapeutic relationship and what it has to offer before you commit yourself financially.

If you like what your counsellor has to say, then you can progress to the next stage, which is a commitment by both yourself and your therapist to work together through your difficulties.

Your therapist will communicate to you what you can expect from your work together.

Your counsellor will also discuss the cost for each consultation with you. This varies depending on the type of Therapy, Life Coaching, Mentoring, etc, and format, i.e. via e-mail or telephone.  As a general guide sessions range from £38 to £145 per 50 minute session.  Individual Therapists often have a number of sessions reserved at a reduced cost for those on low or no incomes.

Payment for sessions can be made via Paypal, personal cheques or postal orders. Your counsellor will send you details after your initial session.
